In view of the recent smallish rise in birth rates, the government has decided that the rate is still not good enough for good population growth. Hence, it has decided after a meeting with some of the high powered intellects across the island, they have came up with the following proposal to spearhead Singapore’s population growth.
1 ) Allowing the importation of women from desired countries. Eg. China, Vietnam, Russia, etc. The entry of each woman will be based primarily on looks and how turn on a man on the street would be. The judging panel will be ala jury style where men across the island will be called upon to their “be a miss singapore” duty service where if a woman gets the approval of no less than 5 of the 10 judging men, they will be immediately bestow a PR-ship. These women must find a singaporean husband within 12 months.
2) in view of the influx of foreign female talents from around the world, Singaporean men are allowed to keep a harem of wives. For those earning below $50,000 per annum, they are allowed no more than 5 wives. For those earning more than $50,000 but below $200,000 per annum, they will be allowed a maximum of 10 wives. For those earning more than $200,000 per annum, they may apply for more than 10 wives which will be approved on a case by case basis.
3) In addition to the above, it has been suggested that instead of feeding the general population with a TV dosage of Channel 5, 8, U, CNA, Suria, and Central, they will allow a new channel to be called Karma Sutra which will primarily function as an educational tools to teach the general population the joy of making love.
4) Female wears retail shops are now required to sell only above knee length skirts. full length skirt will be from hereon banned. (yeah just like chewing gums). Tops will be transparent and in fact will be optional.
5) There will be a lucky draw for every baby born. For the luckiest few in one year, their parents may win cash prizes up to the value of $1,000,000. So who wants to be a millionaire?
6) Women’s charter will be permanently abolished.
7) For women who does not have 1 child by 30 years old will be enlisted into National Service where they will train side by side with their male counterpart. Any women with less than 2 children by 35 years old will also be enlisted into National Service.
Female students from Secondary 1 onwards will have to attend lessons in Motherhood 101 and Joy of Being a Mother 101.
9) Mother in laws that bullies daughter in laws that has bore children will be severely punished under the new set of laws.
now tell me, don’t you think there will be a sudden increase in birth rate? now tell me, why shouldn’t you pay Fat4 RM1,000,000 (foreign talent ministerial rates) instead of S$1,000,000 for ministers who hasn’t provide you with any solutions yet?
